Hello cellists! Here is the set list order for the performance on the 19th. Please put your music in this order:

For the concert, you will stay onstage for the pieces you don’t play. Don’t worry, everyone will be playing different pieces, and you won’t be the only one not playing a particular song 🙂

For the 1pm rehearsal on Saturday the 12th, we will begin with Ash Grove and go from there.

For the 3pm rehearsal on Saturday the 12th, the rehearsal order will be:

3pm – Reverbarence
3:15pm – Brandenburg
3:40pm – Meditation
4pm – La Rejouissance
4:10pm – Kashmir
4:20-5pm – all the others (TBD)

For those attending the 3pm time, there will not be a lot of focus on Ash Grove and Somewhere Over the Rainbow during this later rehearsal. If you would like more practice with these songs (and a good warm-up), please feel free to attend the rehearsal from 1-2pm (you would have a break from 2-3pm).

Hello Cellists! Here are final details for this weekend’s performance.

Concert Address: Champagne Village, 8975 Lawrence Welk, Escondido, CA 92026

Dress: Black pants/long skirt, nice solid white top (we are taking pictures)

What to Bring: Cello, music, music stand, lunch/snacks (they will provide the reception refreshments; we will be feeding ourselves lunch)

Schedule:
10am – Dress Rehearsal (if not playing on Brandenburg, 10:30am)
12pm – Lunch
12:30pm – Pictures
1pm – Rehearsal with CV Chorus
2pm – Concert
3:30pm – Finished

We will be returning to Escondido in March for our 4th performance at Champagne Village! We have new pieces as well as some old favorites to prepare for this concert. Please reserve your entire day on your calendar; we will have a large rehearsal in the morning with a performance in the afternoon.
